SERVICE EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note, that before committing to the purchase of this listing that it is for a Service Exchange. This means we need your old unit/s to be sent to us, before we can send out your newly reconditioned unit/s out to you. We may on occasion offer a surcharge, in which we will charge you a surcharge for the unit/s, and send your newly reconditioned unit/s out to you before receiving your Service Exchange. However, this offer is not available on all of our products, please enquire for more details.
We operate a 14 day return policy for the incorrect purchase of one of our products. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of their unit/s for refund, and any damage that has incurred will be charged to the customer.
PLEASE NOTE THE COST OF SENDING YOUR EXCHANGE UNIT TO US IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
